MULTI-COMPONENT CONCENTRATION

Peptide Blend Calculator

Enter the labeled amount of each blend component and the total liquid volume to calculate component concentrations, ratios, and aliquot composition.

METHOD & LIMITS

How this calculator works

Component concentration = component amount ÷ total liquid volume. Amount in an aliquot = component concentration × aliquot volume.

What it calculatesIndividual and total concentration
Supported componentsUp to four per blend
Unitsmg, mL, and mcg
Runs locallyNo values are uploaded
01

Enter each component

Record the labeled mass of each component separately. Empty component rows are ignored.

02

Enter total liquid volume

Use the final total volume of the prepared blend, not the nominal vial capacity.

03

Choose an aliquot volume

The calculator reports how much of every component is contained in that volume.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Peptide Blend Calculator FAQ

What does a peptide blend calculator calculate?

It divides each labeled component amount by the same final liquid volume, then reports individual concentrations, the combined concentration, component ratios, and the amount of each component in a user-entered aliquot volume.

Should component amounts be added together first?

No. Enter every component separately so the calculator can preserve the ratio and report each concentration. The tool adds them only when it calculates total blend concentration.

Does the blend ratio change when more liquid is added?

No. Added liquid changes every concentration by the same proportion, but it does not change the mass ratio between components.

Does this tool recommend how much blend to use?

No. The aliquot field is supplied by the reader and is used only to demonstrate composition and concentration arithmetic.
